Senior Director, Customer Success at Augury

Brielle Fragale has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. Brielle'scurrent position is as the Head of Customer Success at Augury, a role that they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Datorama, a Salesforce Company, where they held multiple roles from 2015 to 2022. Brielle started as a Client Success Manager in May 2015 and later became a Project Manager, Project Manager Team Lead, and Director of Professional Services, North America.

Before joining Datorama, Brielle worked at GroupM as a Senior Research Analyst from September 2013 to April 2015. Brielle also served as a Research Analyst for Tactical Planning Research and Implementation Research from July 2012 to September 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Direct Travel from January 2010 to December 2011.

Brielle's early career includes an internship at MTV Networks in the Advertising Sales department, where they worked with various client sales representatives and media planners from May 2011 to August 2011. Brielle also worked as a Creative/Stylist Assistant at Tarhan Creative Inc, assisting in the creation of print advertising campaigns and acting as a liaison between art directors and prop/wardrobe stylists from August 2008 to April 2011.

Brielle Fragale completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Rowan University from 2008 to 2012. During the same period, they also obtained a degree in Public Relations from Rowan University. Additionally, they pursued a concentration in Photography during their time at Rowan University. In terms of certifications, Brielle Fragale obtained the following certificates: "Managing Project Risks and Changes" and "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects" from Coursera in August 2017 and June 2017 respectively. Brielle also obtained the "Initiating and Planning Projects" certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in May 2017.
