Dan Ben Dor

Dan Ben Dor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they completed an internship at Amsterdam Hospitality Group, specializing in sales and marketing. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Program Development Manager at the Israeli Volunteer Association. Following this, they joined the Israel AIDS Task Force as a Recruitment & Development Manager from 2018 to 2021. Subsequently, they worked at Seebo (now part of Augury) as a Talent Acquisition Partner and later as a People Operations Associate from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are employed at Faye as an Employee Experience & Ops role.

Dan Ben Dor completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree with a thesis in Social Sciences & International Relations at the University of Düsseldorf. In 2015, they attended the Diplomatische Akademie Wien for Executive Training for International Relations Master Students. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are enrolled at the Adler Institute, working towards a degree in Adlerian Coaching as a Practitioner.
