Fleur de Vries is an experienced client partner currently at Augury since October 2021. Prior to this role, Fleur served as Head of Customer Success at LOGEX Netherlands, where responsibilities included leading the strategic plan for Customer Success and implementing data-driven satisfaction tracking. Fleur also held the position of Head of Customer Success for EMEA & AsiaPac at Yotpo, managing a team of ten Customer Success Managers and enhancing their effectiveness through tool and process implementation. At iMDsoft, Fleur was pivotal in establishing the PMO and managing a diverse global team of Customer Success Managers. Additionally, Fleur's earlier experience includes overseeing customer relations and professional services across several European and emerging markets. Fleur holds an MSc in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Open Universiteit.
