Lauren is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and team management. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Augury since March 2025, Lauren previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas at STX Group from September 2023 to March 2025. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Product Recruiter at LinkedIn from March 2021 to March 2023 and Global Recruiting and People Manager at Toptal from January 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included establishing a Recruiting Operations team and achieving quarterly hiring goals in a hyper-growth environment. Before Toptal, Lauren worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Hirewell from September 2015 to January 2017, offering relationship-driven recruiting experiences. Lauren holds a BA in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University.
