Mor Hirshberg has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Mor started their career in 2008 as a Candidate Diagnostic at Adam Milo. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Atid - Human Resources as a Team Manager, leading a team of recruiters and managing all aspects of the recruitment process. Mor then worked as an Executive Personal Assistant at Ella Schwartzman - Lawyer & Lecturer from 2013 to 2015.

Mor Hirshberg completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management & Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2011.
