Rushi Shah

Rushi Shah is a seasoned IT professional with a comprehensive background in technology support and development. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at August eTech since June 2021, Rushi has also held roles as an Information Technology Operations Support Analyst and IT Support Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Rushi gained experience as a Store Manager at AT&T from July 2018 to September 2021 and briefly worked as a Software Developer at VidiRez and a Web Application Developer at Parent Matterz in mid-2021. Rushi's educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Computer Science from NJIT Ying Wu College Of Computing, obtained in 2022, and an Associate's degree in Computer Science and IT from Middlesex College, completed in 2020.
