Candice T. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Candice started their career as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked on various projects in the retail, financial services, and technology sectors. Candice'sresponsibilities included gathering business requirements, designing specifications, conducting testing and training, and managing teams of developers.

In 2011, Candice worked as a Product Manager - Mobile at Bump Technologies, which was later acquired by Google.

From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Product Manager at TinyCo, an Andreessen-Horowitz backed company specializing in mobile games. Candice was responsible for analytics, new feature design, promotions, pricing, game economy, and cross-functional team management.

In 2014, Candice became the Head of Product at Mango Health, a mobile health management startup. Candice applied gaming principles to help people with chronic diseases improve their lifestyles. Mango Health was later acquired by TrialCard in 2019.

Currently, Candice holds the position of Head of Product at August Health, a role they took on in 2021.

Candice T. holds an MBA degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Management & Organizations. Candice obtained this degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to earning their MBA, Candice completed their undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, where they graduated cum laude with a B.Sc in Economics and Communication Studies. Candice also pursued a minor in Computing Information Systems during their time at Northwestern.
