Nursing and Patient Care

The Nursing and Patient Care team at August Healthcare at Leewood ensures residents receive the highest quality of care. This team includes a Registered Dietitian who manages nutritional needs, a Wound Care Nurse specializing in treatment and prevention, a Healthcare Liaison who facilitates communication between residents, families, and medical staff, a Director Of Nursing overseeing all nursing services, and a Memory Care & Long-term Care Unit Manager focusing on specialized care for residents with cognitive impairments.
