Forum Marfatia is a Digital Media Marketing Trainer and Expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Digital Marketing Co-Chairman and Youth Wing Committee Co-Chairman at The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry since August 2023, along with the position of Vice President at WICCI Surat Chapter since November 2020. In addition, Forum is the owner of FM Digitally and has been a member of BNI Surat since September 2018, contributing to a global business networking organization. Holding a position as Business Development Manager and Head of Digital Media Marketing Department at Key Concepts IT Services LLP since November 2015, responsibilities include strategizing digital marketing efforts and managing a team to achieve optimal client results. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at August Infotech and Software Engineer at Riversand Technologies. Academic qualifications include a PGDITM in Management Information Systems from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Master of Science in Information Technology from J.P. Dawer Institute.
