Ellen Miller Gilcrest currently serves as VP and Group Creative Director at August Jackson, holding previous roles as VP and Senior Creative Director. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Strategy & Culture at McPherson Strategies, where Ellen oversaw strategic and creative direction for various initiatives and partnered with esteemed clients. Ellen has also worked in creative strategy and social media at Metis Communications and Skyword Inc. Noteworthy achievements include managing new business processes at Fenton, resulting in significant client acquisition success. Ellen's background encompasses community engagement consultancy, organizing screenings for environmental documentaries, and providing writing support as an Erica Jong Writing Fellow at Barnard College. Ellen holds a BA in American Studies and Political Science from Barnard College and has international experience from attending the University of Cape Town.
