Claudia Seidner

Claudia Seidner has many years of experience recruiting for challenging leadership roles in large corporate groups and medium-sized companies. Her focus industries include transportation, tourism and logistics, IT and telecommunications, as well as pharmaceuticals, life science and renewable energies. She is characterized by her intuition for people and organizations as well as the will to always find the best solutions.

After starting her career in key account management of a publishing company Claudia went to Brazil for a 4-year stay abroad. After her return, she was IT project manager at Cable & Wireless. Claudia Seidner has been working in personnel consulting since 1993. Initially, she worked for six years at Delta Management Consultants GmbH, member of the Hever Group. In 1999, she became self-employed and acted as managing partner at RZP Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH. She is also a founding member of the Goinger Kreis. The association deals with personnel policy issues in relation to society, companies and science, creates new ways of thinking for necessary changes and promotes public awareness for this.

Claudia studied philology and passed an apprenticeship as bookseller in the early stage of her career.
