Dianna Dudley

Prior to joining August Leadership, a global search firm based in New York, Dianna Dudley was a compliance officer for NatWest Markets based in Stamford, Connecticut where she supported the requirements for regulatory reporting and ensuring the business adhered to those requirements. In her role as Advisory Partner with August Leadership, she along with other partners search for Compliance and corporate bankers as well as executives across multiple industries.

As Advisory Partner, she is actively involved in senior mandates leading to successful outcomes for our clients. With former banking, hospitality and media experience among others, Dianna focuses her energy on understanding the goals of our clients and aligning those expectations with the ideal candidate.

Dianna has a clear understanding of the importance of positioning and branding, not only for the company she represented but also on satisfying the search function for the clients served. Dianna holds a Finance degree with a minor in Marketing from Howard University.
