Farah Haider

Farah is overseeing the global operations of August Leadership as its Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. She is the co-founding partner and Board Director of August Leadership. Farah brings commercial acumen, professionalism, rigor, and global process mindset of the corporate world into the search industry. Farah’s key focus is developing and guiding the consulting team in the knowledge center with best practices, that in-turn enables the partners to focus on servicing clients and candidate relationships. Farah leads the Legal Team as August Leadership expands its footprint to operating in all major markets globally.

By way of background, Farah’s legal career spans major jurisdictions globally. She has worked directly with global technology and telecommunication business leaders and has extensively advised on corporate, commercial and dispute strategy by providing innovative and business-focused solutions. By effectively managing stakeholders, Farah has successfully re-engineered or created new processes to better align business needs, built organization capability within her team and acted as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Farah is an active supporter and is passionate about promoting education and empowering young girls in third-world countries to realize their full potential as well as pro-actively soliciting support for people below poverty line in countries impacted by natural disasters.
