Greg Gerson

Greg brings over two decades of executive search experience to August Leadership. He serves as a strategic business partner to boards and executive leadership across the healthcare services and life sciences industries. Greg is a trusted advisor with significant knowledge and deep expertise spanning across healthcare and life sciences. His clients include health systems, physician groups, payers, private equity-backed healthcare companies as well as pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology organizations.

Prior to August Leadership, Greg was a Managing Director with ZRG in the Executive Search Practice. Greg began his executive search career with Korn Ferry and spent seventeen years based in the Philadelphia office. Rising from Associate to Partner, Greg ultimately served as the Market Leader for Healthcare and Life Sciences Professional Search at Korn Ferry. Greg started his career in healthcare as an Administrative Resident at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. Greg was also a Compensation Specialist for Aon Consulting before transitioning to a career in executive search. He holds an MBA in Healthcare from Temple University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland.
