Peter Grech

Peter is known for going far beyond placing candidates in senior leadership roles.

He is also an advisor who thoughtfully guides organizations through the steps necessary for attracting extraordinary leaders. He has worked internationally across many different cultures, and he actively promotes the power of diversity of thought within organizations.

Peter started his career in marketing services, providing standards monitoring and merchandising support to retailers and CPG companies. He joined TMP Worldwide Executive Search in the late 1990s, initially supporting tech companies and later expanding to insurance and financial services. He has recruited globally and successfully placed senior leaders across several continents.

For over 10 years Peter served on the Board of Directors of The Hearing Foundation of Canada.
