Tiffany Goodlet

Ms. Goodlet received her Certified Management Consultant designation and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from Trent University. She is also a Certified Coach Practitioner.

With over 25 years of business consulting experience, Tiffany is known for being a trusted business advisor to executives. She is recognized for her expertise in people strategy and her ability to assess top talent for critical roles.

Prior to joining August Leadership, Ms. Goodlet spent 20 years in the Executive Search and Human Capital consulting sector. During this time, she recruited key leaders in the Global Technology and Healthcare Services industries, as well as Board and Human Resource Executive roles more broadly.From an advisory position, Ms. Goodlet specialized in succession planning, leadership development, and executive coaching. Ms. Goodlet started her consulting career in the Technology industry, with global organizations.

Tiffany is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion. Ms. Goodlet is an active member and volunteer of the International Women’s Forum, an organization dedicated to fostering the advancement of women in leadership at the executive and board levels.

She is a member of the “Women on Boards” sub-committee of the IT Association of Canada, and has also been an active member of the Strategic Capability Network, an association for senior level HR leaders.
