Michael Schutz

Michael Schutz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the environmental and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Principal of Talent Management and Senior Geologist at August Mack Environmental, Inc. since November 1989, Schutz focuses on talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention programs to enhance the workplace environment. Prior to this role, Schutz worked as a Senior Field Engineer at Dresser Industries from January 1982 to April 1988, providing critical open-hole wireline logging services for oil and gas exploration across multiple states. Schutz holds a B.S. in Geology, with a minor in Math, from Ball State University, completed in 1981.
