Max has experience in site identification, feasibility studies, landlord negotiations, and managing legal aspects of real estate transactions. Additionally, they have expertise in developing store development policies, strategies, and operations. With a BA in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, Max also has a strong foundation in business strategy and management.
