Andraea Herrin

Andraea Herrin is an experienced Employment Manager with the Augusta, Georgia Government since June 2013, overseeing Employment, HRIS, and Employee Records programs, and providing strategic advisement to management on employment matters. Herrin has a history of roles including HR Analyst II at the same government entity, where responsibilities involved maintaining the employment website and enhancing recruitment efforts. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Voorhees College, where management of HR policies and compensation programs was paramount, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Benedict College. Herrin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Development from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Francis Marion University.
