Emily Forella is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant at Augusta Health since August 2023, with previous roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to Augusta Health, Emily worked as a Behavioral Health Recruiter at BerryMethod and as a Contract Recruiter at Elite Technical, where support was provided for recruitment in healthcare roles. Emily's experience also includes a position as a Client Recruiter at Cleveland Clinic, specializing in recruiting RNs in Acute Care, and a long tenure at Rochester Regional Health where various roles in recruitment were held.
