David Beckum has extensive work experience at Augusta Industrial Services, Inc., an Employee Owned company. David started their career at the company in 1998 as an Industrial Cleaning Technician and later became the Eh&S Manager in 2000. From 2003 to 2015, David served as the Operations Manager. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President and held this position until January 2019 when they became the Chief Executive Officer.
David Beckum attended Augusta State University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they completed an Industrial Health and Safety Certificate program at the Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in Occupational Safety and Health.
