Janine McQuillan

Janine McQuillan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in music education and senior care services. Currently serving as Assistant Manager for Senior Programs at Augustana Care (now Cassia) since July 2013, Janine oversees scheduling, supervision, and case management. Janine also works as a private woodwinds instructor at Schmitt Music in Edina, a position held since 1974. Between 2012 and 2013, Janine provided educational resources for resident and family councils at Tubman, focusing on caregiver education and community outreach. Previous roles include serving as Council Services Director at ElderCare Rights Alliance and Therapeutic Recreation Neighborhood Coordinator at Lyngblomsten, where Janine developed programming and care plans. Janine holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and Music Therapy from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1972 and 1980.
