Andrea Howell has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple organizations and roles. Andrea currently holds the position of Director of Recruitment at Augustine Literacy Project-Charlotte, where they are responsible for building teams, establishing systems and processes, and cultivating community partnerships. Andrea Howell received a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Riverside from 1986 to 1988. Andrea later pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from California State University-Sacramento from 1999 to 2001.
