Taylor Janousek

Taylor Janousek has accumulated diverse experience in leadership and service roles since December 2019, currently serving as Server Trainer, Server, and Hostess at The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center. Previously, Taylor worked at Emerge at Auburn from August 2018 to April 2021, progressing through roles from Participant to Team Leader, implementing leadership curricula focused on equity, inclusion, and diversity. In addition to leadership training, Taylor was a Morale Captain for Auburn University Dance Marathon, successfully raising funds for Piedmont Children’s Hospital. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Auburn University, set to graduate in May 2023, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, with an expected graduation in May 2027.
