Glenn Bossie Sr has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Glenn started their career as an Executive Pastry Chef at Anheuser Busch Kingsmill Resort and Conference Center in 1998. Glenn then moved on to become a Culinary Arts Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu North America in 2001, where they developed and delivered culinary curriculum to students. In 2004, Glenn joined AUI Fine Foods (Albert Uster Imports) as a Virginia/West Virginia Territory Sales Manager, responsible for selling gourmet food products and beverages to new and existing accounts. Glenn later became the Regional Sales Manager, overseeing sales activities in a larger area. Currently, Glenn holds the position of Sales Director East/Inside Sales at AUI Fine Foods.
Glenn Bossie Sr began their education journey in the field of baking and pastry arts. From 1992 to 1994, they attended the American Institute of Baking, focusing on the science of baking and pastry. Following this, they pursued further education, earning an Associates of Applied Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America from 1995 to 1997.
