Tina Yu

Tina Yu has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Tina started their career as a Quality Food Technologist at AUI Fine Foods in January 2011 and later became a Marketing Research Associate in June 2011. Tina then joined the FDA as a Research Assistant in June 2010, where they gained knowledge about food safety policies and performed inspections using FTIR. Tina also completed a Research Internship at the USDA from January 2010 to August 2010. Tina continued their career at AUI Fine Foods, holding positions such as Innovation Manager, Director of Product Management and Innovation, Sr. Director of Product Management and Marketing, and currently serves as the VP of Product Management and Marketing. With their experience in product management, marketing, innovation, and food safety, Tina Yu brings a valuable skill set to their current role.

Tina Yu's education history begins in 2006 when they attended China Agricultural University. Tina completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2009. Tina then moved on to the University of Maryland where they obtained another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, this time in Food Science and Technology. This degree was completed in the years 2009 to 2011.

After their undergraduate studies, Tina pursued further education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
