Ugandhar Ramapuram has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Aujas since December 2018. Prior roles at Aujas include Senior Executive and Executive in HR Operations, as well as Executive in Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment, vendor management, and employee engagement. Before joining Aujas, Ugandhar worked as an IT Recruiter at Ad Astra Consultants from December 2010 to January 2012, focusing on end-to-end recruitment. Ugandhar holds an MBA in HR from Indira Institute of Management and Research (2008 - 2010) and a B.Tech in IT from Narayana Engineering College (2001 - 2005).
