Elena Sofie Eriksen

Head of Customer Success at Auk

Elena Sofie Eriksen began their work experience in 2013 at Bunnpris, where they worked as a Butikkmedarbeider until 2017. Elena Sofie then joined Nabobil by Getaround in 2017 as a Supportmedarbeider and later became a Customer Service Operations Manager from March 2020 to October 2021. Currently, since November 2021, they hold the role of Head of Customer Success at Auk.

Elena Sofie Eriksen completed their Master's degree in Administration Informatics from the University of Oslo (UiO) between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they studied Information Technology: Design, Use, Interaction at UiO from 2014 to 2017.
