Alexander Popov is an experienced Software Developer and Game Developer. Alexander began their career in 2005 as a 3D Artist at Architectural studio Perfekt, where they were responsible for creating photorealistic computer generated images of interior and exterior projects. In 2008, they moved to Mellon Bulgaria, where they developed and maintained software for embedded devices and implemented an ATM camera capturing application. In 2009, they joined Unisoft Engineering, where they developed utility applications for the iPhone. In 2010, they joined Imperia Online, where they developed software for multiple platforms and worked on mobile, small-to-medium-scale agile managed projects. In 2017, they joined Big Moustache Games, where they worked as a Unity developer on Grimmwood. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Zero Fun as a Game Developer, where they were responsible for the team and production management, programming and design of the games Copperbell (PC/Nintendo Switch platformer game) and Antiprism (VR arcade game for SteamVR and Oculus Quest 2). Currently, they work at Auki Labs as a Software Developer.

Alexander Popov attended PMG Akad. Nikola Obreshkov from 2001 to 2006, studying Mathematics. Alexander then attended Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2006 to 2008, studying Informatics. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Interactive 3D Graphics from Udacity.
