Debbie Stimmel, BSN, RN began their work experience at AultCare in 1995, where they worked as an Associate Vice President. In this role, they developed and implemented a discharge planning process that successfully reduced the length of stay for 3 areas of the hospital. Debbie also worked as a Vice President Project Management at AultCare starting in March 2020.

Debbie Stimmel, BSN, RN began their education in 1983 at Aultman Hospital School of Nursing, where they pursued a Nursing Diploma and obtained their Registered Nursing (RN) degree. Debbie completed this program in 1985. Afterward, they went on to attend Aultman College of Nursing and Health Sciences from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing.
