Matt Devalaraja

Matt Devalaraja is the current Director at AUM Biosciences. Matt has also served as the Founder, Chief Scientific Officer and Head of R&D at Corvidia Therapeutics from February 2016 to March 2021. Additionally, they have been a Board Member at AUM Biosciences since August 2020. Prior to their current positions, Matt Devalaraja served as the Director of BioScience for New Opportunities iMED at AstraZeneca from April 2012 to January 2016. Before that, they were the Director of Immunology Research at Human Genome Sciences from July 2007 to January 2012. Their previous experience also includes serving as the Sr. Principal Scientist & Head of Biotherapeutics Discovery at Pfizer Global R&D from June 1999 to May 2007.

Dr. Matt Devalaraja received their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University and their Ph.D. in Anatomy & Neurobiology from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
