Lauren Harrison, MLS has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Business Support Coordinator at Verizon Wireless. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Instructure, supporting K12 clients and providing exceptional customer service. In 2021, they joined Aumni as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for engaging and retaining customers and assisting with onboarding tasks. Lauren then progressed to become a Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually the Director of Customer Success at Aumni. In 2023, Lauren joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Vice President and Director of Customer Success for Aumni, where they lead a team, defines success criteria, and reports outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Lauren Harrison, MLS, holds a Master's Degree in Legal Studies, General from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, which they acquired between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology at the University of Utah from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, Lauren pursued Art History at The Institut Catholique de Paris in 2012. Lauren also obtained certification in "The Manager's Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work" from Coursera in 2022.
