Andrada Roman is a Software Quality Manager with over five years of experience in software quality management, currently serving at AUMOVIO since 2025. Previously, Andrada held roles at Continental and Veoneer, where they developed technical skills in software engineering and quality assurance. Andrada holds a Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, and Digital Media from Politehnica University of Timisoara, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution. Active in Toastmasters Timișoara, Andrada enhances public speaking and facilitation skills to foster team collaboration and project success.
