With a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Timisoara, Danut has honed skills in Operations Management, Value Stream Mapping, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) throughout a career marked by a commitment to continuous improvement and optimization within production processes.
