Emmanuel Cruz

Emmanuel Cruz currently serves as the Global Head of Rules Management and Standards at AUMOVIO since September 2025, bringing extensive experience from a prior role as the Global Head of Rules and Standards in the Quality Department for the Automotive Sector at Continental from January 2008 to September 2025. Cruz’s career also includes various leadership positions in quality management, business solutions, and continuous improvement, alongside earlier roles such as a Statistics Teacher at Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Morelos and a Translations Engineer at Nortel Networks. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Quality and Productivity from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, a Master's in Teaching and Administration from Colegio de Estudios de Posgrado de la Ciudad de México, and a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Technology of Monterrey Campus Queretaro.
