Heiko Sequenz is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Engineers Germany for the Product Line Cruising at AUMOVIO since September 2025. Previously, Heiko held a similar role at Continental from March 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading a team of approximately 170 developers, managing competence and footprint planning worldwide, and overseeing budgetary aspects of the product line. Prior to this, Heiko served as Head of Lateral Cruising Functions and led the Head of Testcenter at Vitesco Technologies, focusing on test center management and development tests. Early career roles included team leadership for calibration tools development at Continental and research at Technische Universität Darmstadt, where Heiko earned a Dr. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Education also includes a diploma in Mathematics and a period of study at Trinity College Dublin.
