Howard Stephens

Howard Stephens currently serves as the Head of SAM Purchasing & Supplier Quality for the Americas at AUMOVIO, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Howard had an extensive tenure at Continental, spanning over three decades, where responsibilities included Head of Purchasing for SAM Americas and various purchasing management roles across multiple product lines. In addition to industry experience, Howard contributed to academia as a lecturer at Oakland University from May 1999 until December 2024. Early career experience includes roles in finance at General Motors and loans at Standard Federal Bank. Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration focused on Operations Management from Oakland University.
