Melanie Hentschel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations strategy, particularly in the architecture and networking solutions sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations Strategy at AUMOVIO since September 2025, Melanie previously held similar leadership roles at Continental from April 2015 to September 2025, including Head of Lean Management & Transformation and Project Manager for Industrie 4.0 initiatives. Melanie's career began with a focus on new product launches and leadership in lean management. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Deggendorf Institute of Technology, acquired between October 2011 and April 2015.
