Radu Gilca

Radu Gilca is currently the Group Lead Systems Engineering at AUMOVIO, where they oversee systems engineering activities. Previously, Radu served as Group Lead Systems Engineering and Team Leader at Continental, coordinating development teams and ensuring project integration. Radu began their career as a Working Student at Continental Automotive, where they established test environments and automated testing processes. They hold a Master's degree in Embedded Control Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control and Applied Informatics from "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University in Iasi.
