Andre Yukio has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data science and analysis. Andre started their career at Itaú Unibanco as a Risk Auditor Intern and later worked as a Financial Analyst. Andre then joined HSBC, where they served as a Credit Risk Modeling Data Scientist and later as a Risk Strategy Senior Analyst. At Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), Andre worked as a Collections Data Scientist, focusing on churn models and statistical analysis. Andre then moved on to GetNinjas as a Pricing Data Scientist, where they worked on pricing curves and causal relations between price and demand. Andre also worked as a Data Science Professor at Digital House Brasil, teaching various subjects related to data science. Andre was also involved with content creation and mentoring as a freelancer under the name Universidade dos Dados. Currently, Andre is working at aunica Interactive Marketing as a Lead Data Scientist & AI Solutions, where they lead a team in building AI solutions and addressing the demands of CRM and Marketing for clients in the Electronics sector.
Andre Yukio has a Master's degree in Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Andre also has a specialization in Finance and Investment Banking from FIA Business School, completed from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Andre has obtained various certifications, including "Machine Learning for Finance in Python" and "Introduction to Natural Language Processing with Python" from DataCamp, as well as certifications from Kaggle and Coursera.
