Helen Ruddell has extensive experience in technical management within the food industry. Currently serving as Site Technical Manager and previously as Food Safety and Quality Manager at Aunt Bessies since October 2012, Helen Ruddell is responsible for all aspects of food safety, quality, and legality. Prior to this role, Helen Ruddell worked as Technical Manager at Fourayes Farm Limited from 2008 to October 2012, and at RHM Frozen Foods from September 2000 to December 2007, ensuring customer safety, quality, and legality for frozen products.
