Terry Drury has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Terry is currently working as the Chief Engineer at Aunt Bessie's, where they oversee the engineering function, manages a team of 20 engineers, and is responsible for financial control and asset management. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Engineering at J Rotherhams, leading the engineering strategy for the site and managing a skilled engineering resource. Terry also worked at Greencore as the Engineering Controller, where they were responsible for the engineering function across three sites, and later as the Category Project Manager, leading capital projects within the food to go category.
