Efren Sanchez is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in network and system administration. Currently serving as a Service Desk Supervisor at Aunt Martha's Health & Wellness since 2018, Efren specializes in inventory management, end-user support, and network monitoring. Previously, Efren worked as an IT Support Specialist at The Walsh Group from October 2016 to September 2018 and as an IT Assistant at Orc Protel in 2016, where responsibilities included providing IT support services. Notable accomplishments include upgrading computer systems and streamlining the client recording process. Efren holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Network and System Administration from DeVry University, completed in 2015, and a high school diploma from Homewood Flossmoor High School, awarded in 2014.
