Emma Harris

Emma Harris has extensive work experience in contract management and global support. Emma started their career as an Accounts Assistant at The Marketing Machine from May 2002 to July 2004. Emma then worked as a Contracts Manager at G3 Comms (acquired by Conn3ct), specializing in the transition of global customers' maintenance contracts to the Aura Alliance from July 2004 to August 2016. Following that, they joined We Are Aura in August 2016 and took on the role of Global Support Manager until November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building global contractual documents, onboarding new partners, and negotiating terms and conditions for all contracts. From November 2021, they transitioned to the role of Commercial Contract Manager at We Are Aura, where their responsibilities include updating contractual templates, contract negotiation, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, onboarding new customers and partners, managing GDPR compliance, and overseeing managed services strategy.
