Kenneth Kadlec is an experienced professional in contracts and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Contracts & Compliance at the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy since December 2022. Previously, Kenneth held various positions at the RAND Corporation, including Senior Manager and Manager of Contract & Grant Services, and Senior Contract Administrator. AURA’s role is to establish, nurture, and promote public observatories and facilities that advance innovative astronomical research. In addition, AURA is deeply committed to public and educational outreach, and to diversity throughout the astronomical and scientific workforce. AURA carries out its role through its astronomical facilities.
