Steve Lee

Steve Lee has over 8 years of work experience. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Scientist/Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2014, they were a Product/R&D Consultant at Gauss Surgical, a Stanford Start-X company. In 2015, they were a Venture Capital Consultant at Venture Valkyrie and Co-Founder & CEO at Wayfarer Mobile Technologies. Steve was also a Product Manager at GLIDR (formerly Launchpad Central) and a Mentor at Startup Communities. In 2017, they became Co-Founder & CEO of Aura Health, a Best of Apple Winner which is backed by Cowboy Ventures, Reach Capital, Reforge Partners, 1517 Fund, and founders & executives of companies such as Spotify, Apple, Life360, Strava, Facebook, Dropbox, and Accenture.

Steve Lee has a diverse educational background. Steve holds a Master of Translational Medicine (MTM) in Bioengineering & Entrepreneurship from both the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, San Francisco. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2020, they were a part of the UCSF Rosenman Institute and obtained a 2020 Rosenman Innovators certification. Additionally, they have a Product-Driven Growth certification from Reforge obtained in 2019, as well as a Certificate of Merit, Violin Performance & Music Theory - Advanced Level from the Music Teachers' Association of California.
