Currently serving as Brand Executive Chef at Aura Hospitality & Food Services since January 2020, Houssein is responsible for overseeing high standards of food quality and service. Previously, Houssein held roles as Head Chef and Sous Chef at M. H. Alshaya Co. from February 2017 to January 2020. Additionally, Houssein was Executive Sous Chef at One To One Hotels and Resorts for nearly nine years, where day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction were prioritized. Earlier career experiences include Chef de Partie at GRAND HOTEL KADRI and Demi Chef de Partie at Masabki Hotel, focusing on fine dining preparation and HACCP compliance.
