Oscar Engmann

Oscar Engmann currently serves as the Brand Executive Chef at Power International Holding since January 2022, managing three brands including Beefbar Doha, where contributions include pre-opening operations for a 450-seat venue. Previously, Oscar held the position of Chef De Cuisine at JW Marriott's Fuego Steak House, and prior to that, served as the Restaurant Head Chef and Business Partner at Guanciale Restaurante, recognized for excellence in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Early career highlights include rapid promotions at Bankok Garden from Cook to Sous Chef and turning around a struggling business as Head Chef/Owner at Barraca do pernil. Oscar’s culinary education was completed at Centro Universitário Senac, earning a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts.
