Andrew Dowds has a strong background in sales and customer success. Andrew began their career as an Operations Associate at Elder in 2016 and quickly moved up to become a Senior Sales Executive. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Sales & Customer Success Manager, where they focused on optimizing the sales funnel and growing the business. In 2021, they took on the position of Continuous Improvement Manager, leading a team that performed data-driven experiments on sales, customer experience, and supply funnels. Andrew joined Aura in 2023 as the Head of Sales, where they currently hold a leadership position. Prior to Elder, Andrew worked as a Sales Executive at Edmundson Electrical Ltd, specializing in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Andrew Dowds studied at the University of Glasgow from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a BA Honours of the First Class degree in Politics.
