Tamsin Ferrier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tamsin started their career in Lloyds TSB Bank plc as a Business Manager. After that, they joined RNLI and served as a Community Fundraising Manager for six years, where they managed a large network of volunteer fundraising groups and received an award for innovation in fundraising. Tamsin then moved on to Deaf Connections as an Events & Community Fundraising Manager, where they implemented a fundraising strategy and organized successful events, such as The Great Scottish Skate. Following that, they worked at Prostate Scotland as an Appeal and Fundraising Development Manager, leading a capital appeal and cultivating major donors. Tamsin later joined RNLI again, this time as a Philanthropy Manager, where they managed and built relationships with high-level philanthropists. Tamsin also served as the Director of Development at SEAMAB, responsible for fundraising, communications, and driving strategic improvements. Tamsin held the position for three years and led initiatives in digital improvement and wellbeing. Prior to their current role, Tamsin was the Head of Partnerships - Scotland at Volunteering Matters. Currently, they are working as a Senior Sales Executive at Aura.
Tamsin Ferrier completed their education at the University of Stirling from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Marketing.
